  Principal Roles & Responsibilities:  

  1.      Undertakes activities to ensure that consumable product (Health, Beauty and accessories) are up to standard and ready for production, production requirements are communicated clearly to parties concerned and production processes are managed properly so that the shipment is delivered on time.

  2.     Monitors order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, product specifications and delivery requirements. Works closely with suppliers/factories and THT cross-functional teams (quality, logistic etc.) during production process to resolve issues.

  3.     Execute and manage pre-production/WIP(Work in Process) planning with contracted factories/suppliers.

  4.     Support and leverage the development of new business opportunities.

  5.     Be an expert user of PLM and provide necessary guidance/training to team members when required.

  6.     Other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Company/Supervisor.

     

Minimum Requirements:      

• Bachelor Degree in Merchandising, Business Management, or equivalent.

• At least 6 years’of working experience in reputable global retail chain stores, sourcing/trading company, or buying offices

• Positive working attitude, proactive & energetic. A quick learner and a team player.

• Good presentation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Effective English written and verbal communication skills to facilitate interaction with overseas counterparts and merchandising teams, as well as suppliers and service providers.

• Good sense of responsibility. Ability to handle stress and work under pressure, manage and develop business exceeding target.

• Prior experience in handling HBA products. 有做过美妆工具，化妆品，头饰，个人护理等产品外贸跟单经验的优先

• Understand well about the product knowledge and production engineering technique.

• Strong purchase order follow up experience a must.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving ability. Can take the Multi-tasking.

• Good command of Computer Knowledge (eg Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Ability to travel when required.
