Core Accountabilities:

· Reconcile daily/weekly/monthly sales between POS system and stores

· Ensure consistency of goods exchange, return, and discount with DC and stores

· Support retail operation team to solve the special case with retail stores

· Ensure the bookkeeping and regular financial reports accurate, correct and effective

· Prepare all the related accounting transactions in accordance with PRC GAAP as well as the internal accounting guidelines and policies

· Conduct fixed assets acquisition, depreciation, transfer, disposal and seasonal stock checking

· Assist on stock taking and destroy by season

· Assist in budgetary control and variance analysis, including monthly variance report, such as Capex, A&P, T&E, Logistic and etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
• Experience in working for foreign company
• Experience in retail business is must
• Knowledge of a variety of financial disciplines and processes
• Excellent in Microsoft window applications especially in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point
• Proficient in English and Mandarin language both written and oral
• Experience in working in a multinational Company, preferably in the wholesale and retail industries or consumer products
