【工作职责】Job Responsibilities

1、负责收集与整理各种项目相关资讯信息，撰写创意策划方案；

Responsible for collecting and sorting out information related to various projects, and writing creative planning schemes;

2、负责品牌推广软文撰写，企业内部相关信息的资料整理编辑；

Responsible for writing brand promotion soft articles and arranging and editing relevant information within the enterprise;

3、负责网络宣传软文的编写，擅于抓热点、关键词，有创造性思维；

Responsible for the compilation of soft articles for network publicity, good at catching hot spots, keywords, and creative thinking;

4、负责新媒体推广（微博微信等）规划方案和文案或活动策划方案的撰写。

Responsible for the writing of new media promotion (weibo, wechat, etc.) planning scheme and copywriting or activity planning scheme.

【任职要求】Job Requirements

1、本科以上学历，新闻、中文等专业，1年以上工作经验（新媒体营运经验优先），优秀应届毕业生可以考虑；

Bachelor degree or above, major in journalism, Chinese, more than 1 year working experience (new media operation experience first), excellent fresh graduates can be considered;

2、具备上佳的文字功底和无穷的创意想象力及品味鉴赏力，执行力强、有良好的策略思考能力并能独立撰写方案；

With excellent writing skills, infinite creative imagination, taste and appreciation, strong executive ability, good strategic thinking ability and independent writing scheme;

3、优秀的理解能力、学习能力和适应能力以及团队精神，能承受较大的工作压力；

Excellent understanding ability, learning ability, adaptability and team spirit, able to work under pressure;

4、对文化、艺术、时尚等相关领域有一定兴趣；

Interested in culture, art, fashion and other related fields;

5、工作认真负责，执行力强，有较好的团队合作精神。

Work conscientiously and responsibly, strong execution, and have a good team spirit.
