岗位职责：
1、负责运营公司抖音号、快手号等各类新媒体视频账号
2、通过策划拍摄视频内容提升账号的粉丝量及活跃度
3、通过有效的数据分析，优化改进账号运营策略，并完成新媒体运营KPI
4、策划账号上的各类活动，调动新媒体用户转化
5、跟踪热点，策划热点相关创意视频内容

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，熟悉抖音运营模式，了解抖音各种操作形式，有成功案例优先；
2、爱好抖音拍摄，有个人抖音号优先考虑；
3、熟练使用短视频剪辑工具；
4、有上镜经验，或有兴趣成为短视频角色；
5、对抖音各类特效素材、配乐素材敏感且有自己理解和积累；
