岗位职责
1、负责光子易跨境收款客户的入网审核、风控、合规、结算、提现等相关事宜处理及跟进
2、能够独立负责客户服务体系的规划，针对大客户提供专属制服务保障，确保问题快速有效解决，打造优质服务体验
3、基于行业理解及客户洞察，不断创新服务运营模式，增强客户粘性，提升客户服务体验
4、解决日常工作中的突发情况，推动相关部门一起完善产品与服务
5、拥有较强的团队组建和团队管理能力，负责本部门人员的培训、管理、考核等；
6、定期提供业务发展趋势及营运状况的数据反馈和分析。

岗位要求
1、沟通能力强，具备与不同角色沟通并持续推动事情的能力
2、本科及以上学历，两年以上金融、支付运营工作经验优先，有处理大客户服务事务相关经验更佳
3、逻辑性强，擅于在工作中总结沉淀经验
4、抗压能力强
5、英语读写能力良好
