职位描述：

1. 负责公司品牌形象规划、品牌价值设计诠释等整体视觉效果把控；
2. 负责公司营销活动视觉输出，准确把握各个活动的设计主题和理念；
3. 带领并指导设计团队的创意构思及执行，负责把控审核设计团队的工作安排、设计出品，带领团队高效完成工作任务；
4. 参与制订产品界面风格及标准，编写、更新设计规范；
5. 参与产品讨论，从视觉及用户体验的角度提出建议及解决方案；
6. 指导设定产品的整体视觉风格并跟进开发落地产品；
7. 时刻分析监控流行产品设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向并优化现有产品。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，艺术类、设计类相关专业；4年以上设计相关工作经验；
2. 具备良好的创意能力，色彩运用熟练、思维活跃、构思独特、工作效率高，有较强的视觉效果表现能力；
3. 有复杂信息型网站设计或者APP设计相关经验，能够独立完成产品设计；
4. 能高效理解产品和交互设计思路，敏锐判断视觉设计的可行性；
5. 熟练使用PS、AI、sketch等设计软件，具备跨平台设计能力，了解产品交互和用户需求；
6. 有优秀的审美和自我标准要求；
7. 具备良好的沟通交流、团队协作能力，并附有工作激情、创新欲望和责任感，能承受高强度工作压力。
8. 面试请携带近期作品集或在线作品集。
