职位描述
· Ensures financial master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
· Maintains and control accounting and controlling process and procedures, monitor and support revenue and accounting function interfaces
· Co-ordinating and implementation of new financial requirement for regional and country finance team
· Liaison with Information Services for ensuring smooth function of interface between various system
· Manage and control system user access and security
· Support system implementation for the new companies including TEMS, VIM, SAP, OBIEE, Hyperion etc
· Support Group ERP template implementation across the region
· Assist team leader in providing first level support to the users in systems requirements and other applications such as SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse such as but not limited to the following aspects: (a) maintenance of master data (b) maintenance of systems interfaces and integrity of transactions (c) development and enhancement of SAP, BW,TM1,JDE and Hyperion skills and competencies of the team (d) involvement in improving business processes and identifying initiatives by providing systems expertise, (e) advancement of key business application and architecture, and (f) enhancement of reporting capabilities

· Functional & Technical Competence: Demonstrates operational Finance knowledge and experience. Hands on knowledge of General Accounting processes.
· Process Management: Drive business performance by timely and quality execution of finance processes and suggesting improvements in the same.
· Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate across matrix structure and develop sustainable networks and relationships that reach across functions and organisation.
