1. Administration ?
Receive and handle boutiques enquires;
? Post matter and make mailing records
? Receive and check all documents need to be approved by BM;
? Travelling arrangement and T&E report
2. Sales Support ?
Check daily sales report by boutiques and prepare monthly sales report for review and analysis.
? Sales meeting and training coordination
? Handle and track new open, upgrade and close boutiques
? Support to check order and order fulfilment by brand by stores
? Support to handle after sales service for each boutiques
3. Reporting ?
Provide the update reports every month
? Gather and consolidate all kinds of boutiques reports by HQ and SG China requirement for BM's review and analysis;
? Collect stock taking report for study and analysis
4. Marketing Animation ?
Prepare and produce boutiques biz card, uniform, sales tray and other related marketing materials
? Support boutiques to communicate with brand to install proper image and merchandising materials
? Coordinate with brand to execute marketing animation according to annual plan. And tracking the result of animation

Qualifications:

? At least 2 years related working experience
? Self-motivated & discipline, good team player, patient, honest, passionate
? Good interpersonal skills;
? Excellent communication skills internally & externally;
? Bachelor or above degree & Fluent in English;
? Good at in office software, good data analysis ability.
