Requirements:
Experience and qualifications
A university degree on business administration or marketing
Experience in E-commerce from either agency, shopping websites or manufacturers companies
Deep understand the characteristics and difference of main EC websites, incl Tmall, Taobao, Amazon DangDang and 360buy, both from consumer and operator points of view.
Good understanding of online consumer psychology and shopping habbits
Hands-on experience with online shop operation is essencial. Include merchadising, promotion design and material production.
Result oriented, and initiative work with willing to self-improvement.
Team player - passion for working in team, good communication with people.
Fluent in literal English, can use English as document language in daily work
Sophisticated user of MicroSoft Office
Main Tasks regarding work title:
Create and maintain routine page merchandising and product franchising guideline for LEGO EC shop.
Producing standard and campaign based materials for LEGO online shop, incl banner, icon, product pictures,video and text. Manage the EC material pool, keep updating aligning the launch plan and consumer marketing activities plan
Making solution to increase traffic conversion and visiting experience in LEGO B2C online shop.
