1. 有2年以上SMT技术员工作经验，熟悉GXH-IS及编程；

2. 熟悉产线的机型转换及能够快速解决生产中出现的问题；

3. 熟悉SMT各岗位、SMT工作流程及SMT相关行业标准；

4. SMT设备生产转线、产线程序优化平衡；

5. 对生产组操作人员进行基础培训，带领操作工完成生产任务；

6. 产品品质改善，对产线的产品品质进行跟踪，及时解决生产中出现的问题；

7. 做好生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、产量等指标的过程管控；

8. 协助上组完成其他相关工作.

Shenzhen Reako Technology Company Limited was established in 2012 and staffed with 800 skilled employees, is mainly engaged in the research, production and sales of digital audio-video products.
