岗位职责：

1、负责贯彻执行会计制度及法规、集团总部的各项管理制度及实施细则。

2、负责公司资金管理制度及资金管理工作流程的建立与完善。

3、负责收集、汇总资金预算及差异分析，提高资金使用效率。

4、报送公司资金类财务报表、分析报告、重大事宜报告、统计报表，及时反馈相关信息。

5、接受集团内部审计和外部审计。

6、协助资金筹集方案的制定、具体实施及操作，保障资金正常运营。

7、办理其他与资金管理、税务管理等有关的事项。

8、建立及发展与政府相关部门的良好合作关系，了解掌握最新的政策法规。

任职要求：

1、熟悉现行会计准则、国家税收政策、会计法律法规政策。

2、会计/财务相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，拥有5年以上财务工作经验，具有良好的财务分析能力及协调沟通能力。

3、为人诚信、良好的职业道德、高度责任心和工作热情，服从领导工作安排。

4、具有一定的融资及资金管理经验，有银行、基金、证券公司、信托公司等金融投资类企业财务工作经验优先。

5、有上市公司财务管理工作经历优先。                                     

6、具有中级会计师以上技术职称，有注册会计师证书优先，中共党员优先。
