Major Responsibilities :


· Maintain a consistently prudent credit culture and oversee the Bank,s credit quality across the corporate

loan book;

· Manage the overall portfolio of corporate & commercial banking customers with an aim to maintain sound

credit quality and to support business growth;

· Build up risk identification unit to conduct routine credit monitoring function and consistently

restructuring and developing credit monitoring measures and teaming up with and seeking support from

business units to achieve the objectives of credit monitoring;

· Collaborate with business units on formulating and implementing account strategies against marginal

accounts that might led to potential credit loss;

· Analyze problem situations by making proper recommendations to improve lending positions; Ensure credit

risks are thoroughly assessed and addressed in credit proposals approved by lending executive, including

but not limited to compliance issue.

· overlook the loan portfolio and identify concentration risk, systematic risk via various MI and industry

specific analysis.

Incumbent Requirements :


· University degree in related discipline or other professional qualifications

· Minimum 2 year related working experience in credit risk function

· Sound knowledge on local compliance and regulatory environment in banking industry

· Analytical-minded, possess strong business sense & judgment and able to cope with pressure and tight

deadlines

· Proficiency in both English & Chinese with knowledge of PC application or database management software
