Position Summary：
Take charge of managing overall installation, configuration and maintenance of CRM4U system to ensure maximum business return, optimal performance and sustainable development负责CRM4U 相关系统的管理, 设计, 执行及维护, 以确保系统回报最大化, 执行效能最优化。
Executes and documents tests defined to assess compliance of systems and processes with intended design and operation and supports user acceptance testing processes对设计开发的系统和程序进行测试评估，并记入相关文档，支持用户接受性测试流程
Align with regional and global team to deploy Roche standard Analytics and Reporting solution和亚太区及瑞士总部合作，在亚太区建立罗氏标准的Analytics and Reporting
Take charge of managing the overall design, installation, and maintenance of Analytics & Reporting system to ensure maximum business return, optimal performance and sustainable development.负责协助Analytics and Reporting相关系统的管理, 设计, 执行及维护, 以确保系统回报最大化, 执行效能最优化
Qualification and Experience：
Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience of content management system implementation and/or support
Minimum 2 years’ experience of workflow system such as K2.net, sharepoint or salesforce.com

Job Required Competencies：
Understanding of workflow system and it is application in the industry and department usage such as Finance/HR/Sales and Marketing/Compliance, particularly advanced workflow, workflow agents on K2.net, Sharepoint, force.com etc.
Application development experience using .net, LAPI and web services an asset
Experience with Internet technologies and standards：HTTP/HTTPS, XML, TCP/IP, Web Services, Cloud
