Role/Opportunity:


Expertise in designing and bidding industrial waste water and pure water treatment systems;
Good understanding of pure water and waste water treatment Equipment & Processes for Ion Exchange, Ultra filter, Reverse Osmosis and EDI.
Communicating with the Sales, Process Engineers, and other Application and Project Engineers to ensure that all design criteria are addressed and met in final design.
Reviewing customer RFP (request for Proposal) or RFQ's (request for quotation) , specifications, and drawings.
Creating CAPEX, OPEX cost estimate of systems, preparing proposal documentation and schedules, and preparing proposal drawings including P&ID's, PFD and LAYOUT
Ability to make good business decisions based on risk reward analysis and company's business objectives.
Ability to speak effectively before groups and customers, clients, and other employees of organization.
Ensuring proposals and offers of sale to customers are within the capabilities of the organization to provide successful execution.
Technical writing skills and computer proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Access, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Schedule.
Works with Sales and Marketing to establish/define customer requirement.
Works closely with sales and customers to integrate systems into customer s process.
Performs appropriate calculations to ensure proper sizing and design.

Skills/Experience:
B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering/Equivalent or other technical discipline.
Minimum requirements are 5 years total experience including a minimum of 3 yrs in putting together Pure Water/Waste Water proposals and costing. It is expected that successful candidates will have well in excess of the minimum requirements stated above.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Demonstrates solid technical competency in area of core responsibility.
Ability and Willingness to Work/learn new technologies with guidance.
