Title: QC Assistant/Inspector质检助理（马达或机电产品）

Responsibilities

工作职责

You will be involved in direct hands-on inspection and unit testing of products in our Shenzhen office with dedicated test equipment as well as carefully packing and handling the sensitive materials for warehousing and dispatch. Our manufacturing team will be relying on your visibility of the products to raise concerns before they become problems, and it is the foundation by which we have won the trust of many respected engineering companies around the world.

Your typical day may include:

- Detailed and careful visual inspection of the incoming materials

对所收货物进行仔细、详尽的目测外观检查

-Detailed and careful measurements of the incoming materials

-Conducting detailed electrical/functional testing with specialist tools

利用特殊工具进行电动性能测试（如转速、起动、噪音等测试）

- Reporting defects and issues to the SZ Manager and/or Quality Engineer to follow up with the HK engineering team

向深圳经理和/或质检工程师汇报货物的缺陷及相关问题，以便其与香港工程组跟进及解决

- Where required, asissting in receiving goods from factories and suppliers, checking quantities and recording materials into the warehouse check-sheet

需要时，协助签收发自工厂或供应商的货物，核对数量，填写收货登记表

- Where required, arranging and packing goods securely according to our packaging standard for storage and dispatch

需要时，根据公司的包装标准，对货物进行恰当的包装，以便储存及发货

-Where required, dispatching goods as per the instruction given by the internal system

需要时，根据公司系统指令，协助安排发货

- Supporting the Shenzhen team to maintain a tidy and organized warehouse

协助深圳团队维护整洁、有序的仓库管理

Requirements职位基本要求

- Secondary technical school or diploma （high school graduates with suitable experience may be also considered）

中专或大专学历, 高中毕业具恰当经验亦可考虑

- Min. 2 years experience working in a professional manufacturing, laboratory, or testing environment with practical skills

两年以上相关工厂、实验室或测试环境工作经验，具实操、动手经验及技巧

- two years or above factory or trading company QC experience

两年以上工厂或贸易公司QC质检经验

-Experience in motors testing or QC highly preferred.

具马达或机电产品测试、质检等经验明显优先

- Experience in shipments handling and warehouse management preferred.

具收发货、仓储工作经验优先

- Basic skills in English is preferred

具基本英语沟通能力优先

- Self discipline; initiative; strong sense of responsibility

自律、主动并具高度责任心

- Proficient in the use of IT：MS Office, email, online search

熟悉常用电脑操作：MS Office, 电邮及网上搜索等

We are looking for applicants who enjoy methodical, practical work with a sharp eye for detail. We are looking for people who take particular satisfaction from a job done well, not a job done quickly. This is not a race, so a careful and tidy nature and practical skills are the most important.

- Full time, 5 day working week (Monday - Friday)

全职工作，五天工作制（周一至周五）

- 9:00am ~ 6:00pm day with 1 hr lunch

周九晚六，午休一小时

- Based in Luohu, Shenzhen

- 18 days paid holiday, plus 11 days PRC statutory holidays, plus birthday off

Public holidays and birthdays on weekends are rolled to the following weekday. Chinese New

Year, and National Day "Golden Week" extended holidays are counted against paid holidays

with no weekend substitutions

假期需从年假中扣除。

- Probation period: initial 3 months of employment
