Responsibilities

- Supervise a team to provide Trade services related operations support to customers with responsibilities of transaction authorization, verification, preparation of trade documents, handling internal and external customers enquiries, etc
- Coach the team to resolve daily operation issues and handle ac-hoc tasks as assigned- Identify and report any exception and abnormal transactions identified to related parties
- Prepare regular reports for local regulators and head office management
- Review and make recommendations on process flow to improve efficiency and ensure all operation processes are compliant with local regulatory requirements and internal standards and guidelines

Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 6-8 years' experience in Trade and related banking operations
- Possess in-depth knowledge on Trade and related international and local rules, regulations and practices
- Strong risk and fraud control awareness
- Good leadership and organization skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications
