Requirement:
1.University graduate from Business., Supply Chain ,Logistics, purchasing , Industrial Engineering
2.More than3 years production /supply /inventory  planning experience  in manufacturing environment for  FMCG industry best under global planning organization
3.Have experience to work in a global environment and dynamic operating model
4.Hands on experience in ERP system preferable in SAP
5.Willing to take challenges and see Change as an opportunities
6.Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and Project management  is a plus
7.Able to cope with pressure and multi-tasking
8.Excellent Excel skill preferable in Advance level
9.Willing to drive continuous improvement projects with cross functional team across Asia and the globe
10.Good command of English and Chinese

Responsibilities
1.Drive on the order replenishment process ( parts and finished goods ) to support the production in different sites
2.Support and drive bottleneck , novelty and  exit planning process
3.Drive suppliers to ensure on time in Full Delivery and quality of shipment
4.Drive short term priorities together with other local  and global team leaders
5.Drive collaborartion  with other different sites according to key account roles
6.Drive to balance demand and supply mangement to improve stock turns ,minimized excess inventory and fufill customers' demand
7.Conduct suppliers monthly planning reiew and drive for continous improvement
8.Actively support the monthly S&OP consolidation and meeting
9.Proactively to drive the improvement of supply planning process in terms of lead time reduction and value chain optimization
