RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure accounting practice in China is in compliance with local standards;
2. Ensure headquarter understand China compulsory requirement and China team understand the Company,s global requirement;?
3. Coordinate and manage annual audit;?
4. Work closely with headquarter to streamline working process;
5. Ensure appropriate internal control is in place in China operation;
6.Manage cash flow to support China operation;
7. Keep in close contact with banks and financial institution in China to be updated with policy changes and financial tools that could potentially improve productivity;
8.Manage financial annual plan and update;
9. Always seek cost saving opportunities;
10. Manage regular and special tax work to support the Company and its branches;
11. Liaise with government authority, tax agent, bankers, auditors, to build and maintain a good working relationship;
12. Track account receivables closely to minimize risk;
13.Ensure that all staff in Finance department are managed in accordance with personnel policies and are developed and trained.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Fluent English and Mandarin (both written and spoken);
2. Excellent PC skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook;
3. Stability of performance under pressure. Ability throughout to respond quickly and flexibly;
4. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills, strong leadership and team building skills. Ability to work closely with all other functions;
5. Good knowledge of China GAAP and tax practice; Experience of analytical and financial skills, and ability to interpret P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and other related financial processes;
6. Bachelor degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting;
7. 5+ years in Accounting and Finance positions;
8. Taxing experience is a plus.
