- 研究生二年级
- 汽车电子或相关专业
- 工作地点:浦东张江高科
- 每周至少3-4天

Job Description:
1.Translate technical documents of Infineon Power device( English to Chinese),
and assist technical documentation works
2.Assist to support customer design-in activities, epically on HEV power elect
ronic system（eg: motor driver and DC/DC converter etc…）
3.Participate in Demo system build ,circuit verification and lab measurement
4.Assist to provide technical training to customers and disti on EV/HEV relate
d products& solutions
Job Requirements:
1.BS or MS of EE，major is electrical engineering or related with power elect
ronic background highly preferred
2.Basic understand of MCU based motor control system ,eg: PMSM or BLDC control
ler (hardware background preferred )
3.Basic understand of high voltage power electronic device like: IGBT /Mosfet
and its application circuit
4.Knowledge of HEV structure and it’s drive train system is a plus
5.Good English, especially in reading and listening
6.Good interpersonal and communication skills
7.Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
8.Team work player
