Job Title: Employee Relations (any level up to manager)

Looking for an experienced HR professional to work as a Employee Relations Specialist based out of Beijing in support of the Asia Pacific region in a fast-paced, fast-growing high tech company.
Responsibilities:
As an ER Specialist, you will be required to partner closely with our HR Business Partners/Generalists across the Asia Pacific region on a regular basis to provide leadership and consultation on employee relations (ER) matters which may include: performance feedback, management of performance issues, investigations for cause/ethics, sexual harassment, workplace violence, work place injury, disability accommodation, support with mergers and acquisitions, and/or reductions in force. You will be expected to provide guidance to ensure consistency with past practice to the HR Representative who may be leading the ER case. This role may also require policy and procedure development and the ability to advise on fair and equitable employment practices. You will be expected to provide strong leadership and guidance which will support both the country culture and the companies culture while ensuring adherence& compliance to each individual countriess laws and requirements.
You may also be required to develop training plan to assist in providing managers with key policy and work rule information, developing skills in how to coach and provide effective feedback, and how to write and deliver effective performance reviews.
Role will requireapproximately 60% travel.
Skills/Experience:
5-8+ years prior human resources leadership experience preferably in a high-tech environment.
Practical application in one or more Employee Relations specialist (i.e. Compensation, Employee Relations, Benefits, Organizational Development, Diversity).
Excellent/effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Must possess experience within a dynamic fast-paced organization.
Must be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-task and manage/drive multiple projects simultaneously, possess good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and strong facilitation/influencing skills. Presentation skills is a strong plus.
Education Requirements: Bachelor degree and related work experience in Human Resources
