Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
Put assistance to Quality to establishment, maintenance and improvement of local quality management system; and implement internal audit with positive improvement corrective action plan to ensure quality management system was carried out, and well practiced.
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
? Join in the Quality Management System planning according to ISO9001: 2000/ISO17020;
? Research and suggest the data statistic method, collect and analyze statistic data for service quality;
? Lead and implement local internal audit program to ensure ISO9001/ISO17020 system is well maintained;
? Work with operation team to prepare corrective action and preventive action to continually improve service quality;
? Communicate and cooperate with other Dept. to solve quality problem such as feed back from customer or internal check, provide suggestion for continual work quality improvement;
? Prepare training plan and material, perform quality related training to operational staffs to enhance quality awareness and performance;
? Take lead to manage measuring equipment used by operation team, including equipment selection internal/external calibration, and maintenance.
? Maintain QA documentation and monitor all documents prepared by other parties to meet the requirements of document management procedure and ensure the integrity of QMS document system.
? Participate with routine service performance audit driven by divisional level QA;
Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
? College Degree with at least 5 years of experience in quality management field with at least 2 years at managerial level;
? At least 2+ years similar industry work experience, inspection and auditing company or testing lab;
? Experience with planning, establishment, maintenance and improvement of management system to International Standards such as ISO9001/ISO17020/ISO17025 and/or other Standards;
? Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills and proven project management capabilities;
? Superior attention to detail with ability to analyze, problem solve and follow-up with solutions in a time sensitive environment;
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills including English & Mandarin
? Very Good data analysis/ presentation capability
