Duties & Responsibilities:
* In charge of whole recruitment process including sourcing strategy planning, headcount application, job posting, application screening, interview arrangement, reference check and offer making;
* Review and revise job descriptions from time to time to keep up the jobs with the changes of organizational need;
* Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs;
* Build up cross department internal trainer team and develop internal trainers
* Process owner for all employee communication schemes and channels
* Communicate changes in Company's policies and procedures to ensure the awareness and proper compliance is followed.
* Chief-edit internal newsletter to set up a written communication channel;
* Lead cross-department committee to drive Reward & Recognition program (R & R).
* Coordinate and follow up Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) to improve employee satisfaction.

Qualification required:
* At least 5 years HR experience with minimum 2 years in Recruitment area;
* Degree in HR related disciplines
* Good at both written and spoken English
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
