主要工作职责:

· 具有良好的个人及维修安全素养，能够以身作则带领维修团队执行公司的HSE程序，执行公司安全 “零事故”的安全方针；

· 负责区域内工厂及气站维修工作；

· 贯彻、引导及支持区域内工厂及TGM气站内执行GT、GD、GP 程序，如MOC相关工作的完成；

· 起草年度PPM计划和月计划，组织、管理维修团队执行PPM工作;

· 审查维修标准操作程序，确保QIMS在工厂维修中顺利完成；

· 支持工厂经理管理维修团队，例如团队成员的招聘、发展和评估，以确保维修团队及时地、有效地运作；

· 起草和跟进维修预算以控制维修工作的成本；

· 支持、引导维修工程师管理备品备件，制定工厂的关键备件清单，确保备品备件在维修工作中的有效利用；

· 领导工程师处理维修中出现的问题，确保工厂可靠运行，符合液空集团的相关设备运行的安全，可靠性指标；

· 支持区域项目建设，积极参与RFSR，项目调试工作，细致认真严谨；

· 负责安排及培训技术员工厂相关设备，仪表，电器等方面的技能；

· 及时完成经理安排的其他工作；

资质要求：

· 全日制院校本科学历，机械、自动化控制或化工类相关专业；

· 有五年以上化工企业工作经验，仪电方面尤佳。

· 服从领导安排，执行上级指令，具有良好的团队合作意识；

· 较强的逻辑思维能力和组织协调管理能力；

· 较强的自我学习能力，分析能力，计划和执行能力；

· 熟练使用AutoCAD, office 等软件；

· 良好英文阅读书写能力，口语好尤佳；
