职位描述
Job Duties:
Provide technical advice and support to technical team of company
- Explain customers' requirements, key points and comments to technical team internally
- Identify and resolve potential issues of projects (samples or products)
- Discuss alternatives with technical team based on customers' comments
- Provide guidance on materials, fitting, specifications and constructions
- Provide technical advice and suggestions to technical team to improve their performance and capability
- Update suppliers on the customer requirements
- Discuss work progress and issues / difficulties encountered with team
- Accompany buyer for buying trip to develop new samples.
- Ensure sample quality and delivery date to meet customer request.
- Resolve any problem about products' safety and quality issues.
Requirements -
Basic:
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- cross-cultural sensitivity.
- highly organized with attention to details.
- well motivated, flexible and adaptable individual with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Have to:
-- 5+ years experience of Office Chair industry (manufacture background will be preferred)
- Familiar with office chair quality standard.
- Good knowledge in office chair testing for American & European Market.
- Good knowledge in tooling design/ metal and plastic injection production is a plus
- Good knowledge in electroplating and different types of finishing is a plus
- Good reading & written English at least. Good oral English will be preferred.
- Experience on CAD, such as AutoCAD, Solid Works for designing plastic & metal products is a plus
