Job Description:

The candidate will support existing and new products in the PIC32 MCU Product families. Candidate must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages. Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prefer to have prior graphics display, USB and Ethernet design experience including driver development, Hands-on experience using RTOS is also preferred. Responsibilities also include development of application notes, software demonstrations, training, and customer application support via E-mail, website collateral, newsgroups and field-personnel support

1. Develop solutions in support of key customer accounts
2. Create application notes, getting started documents, and software libraries that help customer product development.
3. Develop and present training material for Microchip Field Application Engineers and Microchip customers
4. Work with customers to design and develop PIC32 applications.
5. Travel to meet with customers, make technical presentations, and provide technical support.
Job Requirements:

The candidate should have a minimum B.E. in Electrical/Electronics Eng. or Computer Science and minimum 5 years of experience with C and assembly coding for 32 bit microcontrollers is required. Ability to communicate well in both written and verbal forms, write software specifications and requirements documents, presentations, and plans. Candidate must possess a proactive and ownership attitude in support of customers and problem solving.

Software
Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages. Must have very good understanding of software development processes. Prefer to have prior Graphics display, USB and Ethernet design experience including driver development and debug. Hands-on experience using RTOS is highly preferred.
Hardware
Should have both analog and digital circuit design and debugging experience.
