Responsibilities:
? Develops and implements Information Resource tools and databases containing product/factory quality results. Maintains scorecard to measure the frequency of quality infractions.
? Manages data collection efforts of in-country sourcing agents and service provider companies providing product quality/engineering services to Office Depot and its suppliers.
? Leads analysis to identify improvement opportunity areas.
? Develops models to allocate quality resources based on product/factory risk, historical results (both pre and post shipment), and oversight activities from industry certification bodies.
? Advise management on overall quality of products.
? Develops and maintains a factory database.
? Contribute in the development of information resources to store and access product specifications.
? Contribute in the development of information resources to store and access engineering change requests for safety and performance

Requirements:
? Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology
? Production Management/Engineering/Quality Control
? Min. 3 years of work experience in data analysis supporting PRC manufacturing environment.
? Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
? Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
? Data analysis proficiency
? Supplier Quality Management experience preferred
? Customer oriented, Detail oriented, Teamwork
? Good command of oral and written English
