职位描述

Responsibilities:
? Management of your category / region to fulfil customer requirements, developing and implementing plans to deliver category growth.
? Liaise with internal business users, overseeing the smooth-running of the whole merchandising process including product development, negotiation, project management, operations, communication and global vendor evaluation.
? Supplier Sourcing and development to build and strengthen our vendor matrix:
- Identify and develop new sources for International markets, including liaising closely with the GSO US team to ensure that as many new sources as possible are considered.
- Develop existing sources to ensure that they continue to deliver excellent products and service levels for Office Depot.
? Plan and execute the GSO (Global Sourcing Office) response to customer RFQs.
- Conduct detailed price and quotation comparisons and analysis.
- Advanced negotiation to ensure the best price, quality and service for GSO’s (Global Sourcing Office) global customers, leverage global volumes and harmonising assortments when appropriate.
? Measures and monitors supplier performance and capability in order drive improvements and to make appropriate sourcing decisions.
? Uses buy plans and product specifications to plan and coordinate product placement decisions by supplier and factory.
? Acts as key overseas contact for OD GSO’s (Global Sourcing Office) International (non-US) markets.
? Through market research market and competitor intelligence, identify purchasing trends and develop sourcing options as required, searching for product innovation and differentiation to help build Office Depot’s own brands
? Lead a team to achieve the department’s goals and KPIs, providing leadership and coaching to the merchandising team to ensure delivery of annual sourcing budgets and business objectives.


Requirements:
? Bachelors Degree
? 6-8 years working experience in experience in the function of Sourcing, Procurement, Merchandising, Buying or Trading in Office Supplies, Technology or other FMCG products.
? Relevant computer skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
? Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a track record of establishing long term business relationships.
? Good analytical, negotiation and project management skills
? Excellent command of English and Mandarin
? Customer oriented, Result-driven, Team player
? Good business acumen and people management skills
? Able to operate independently and experienced at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
? Energetic, outgoing and ambitious to develop your career with a rapidly developing global organization.
