Job Description:
1. Assist in Annual Budgeting exercise
2. Collect and Maintain 12 month rolling forecasts
3. Build reports that improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the analysis of monthly operating results
4. Perform various Accounting and Cashier roles
5. Be responsible for invoicing, receipts, and payment
6.Keep accounting records in accordance with Chinese requirements
7. Prepare month-end reports
8. Prepare financial statements and other related reports
9. Apply for Tax rebates


Qualifications:
1. 2-3 Years experience in Accounting; management experience within an accounting/purchasing team a plus
2. Excellent written and spoken English
3. Accounting degree or similar
4. Experience working with Excell
5. Good knowledge of the US and International GAAP's
6. Independent, Self Motivated, Outgoing, analytical
7. Experience with Foreign export companies desired
8. General knowledge and/or experience of purchasing processes.
