Job Purpose:
Interface with suppliers associated to components and internal partners, provide systematic methodologies and technical support to enhance suppliers' quality delivery and quality management system.

Key areas of accountability:
? Actively participate in the supplier selection process, assess suppliers' designing, manufacturing and inspection capability.
? Enable and audit supplier in new product and mass production to ensure technical and quality requirements.
? Initiate, support and monitor the quality assurance tools and measurements at suppliers' sites.
? Analyse and follow up suppliers' quality issue, to develop improvement and preventive actions and monitor the implementation.
? Drive supplier to improve quality capability continuously.
? Guide Subcontractor on incoming material quality control
? Give inputs to commodity strategy & implement Global commodity strategy

Job scope:
Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the supplier quality delivery result.

Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, Material or mechanical major
? Working Experience: 5 years above at supplier quality management.
? Expertise/Skills: Technical background , familiar with plastic /mechanical parts; familiar with Quality 5 tools
? Language skills: Very good in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
? Personal Attributes: Integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work , can-do attitude, able to deliver commitment, can have frequent travel
