岗位职责：    

1. 负责组内工作安排和人员管理； 

2. 负责主持组内会议，安排QC工作，并向QC讲述产品质量要求及容易出现的问题；

3. 负责跟进处理品质异常；  

4. 负责组织协调过程质量、产品质量的改善，并确认改善效果；

5. 协助质量经理、生产部提高品质效率；

6. 完成上级领导交办的其它事项。

       

任职要求：

1. 高中以上学历，熟悉办公软件；

2. 具备2年以上质量管理工作经验，并有现场管理经验，对现场异常能及时发现；

3. 熟悉质量、环境管理体系；

4. 具有较强的品质意识、责任心、沟通协调能力和学习能力，重视团队合作；

5. 做事细致耐心，能够根据要求或检验标准判别产品； 

6. 能适应两班倒（白班+夜班）。
