职位描述：

1. 物料计划专员是计划、发放、安排、跟进和监控生产所需的材料。

2. 管理每日库存和计划表。

3. 分析、协调和沟通详细的生产计划物料要求。

4. 管理特殊的项目。

5. 在指定的区域内工作并做出决策。

6. 能采取些措施来降低问题的复杂度。

7. 能马上采取行动和短期的规划来解决问题

岗位职责：

1. 能 使用SAP协调并执行日常活动。

2. 确保车间有必须的物料以满足制造要求/生产水平。

3. 协调投入物料的短缺和物料的发货。

4. 辨别和应对不能满足客户需求的物料计划。

5. 基于生产计划、时间周期、车间生产能力和状态来计划，提供有效的调度并完成所有的项目。

6. 与车间管理人员共同满足交付承诺。

7. 与工程、采购、项目管理、相互沟通，并按他们的需求操作。

8. 分析和判断当前的生产现状，找出阻止整个计划实现的问题。

9. 分析数据来确定是否可减少库存，提高对客户的服务水平和和降低总成本。

任职要求：

1. 本科学士学位，所学专业为商务、物料、物流、供应链或运营管理类。

2. 能主导多项任务，并能建立工作重点。

3. 在制造型企业有生产控制和生产计划工作经验的优先。

4. 有多层次物料清单的实际知识。

5. 有从原材料到成品的计划能力。

6. 熟练运用ERP/物料资源计划（MRP）系统。

7. 能熟练地运用中文和英文进行口头和书面的沟通

Role:
· The Material Planner will plan, release, schedule, expedite and monitor materials required for production
· manage daily inventory and schedules
· analyze, coordinate and communicate detailed production planning material requirements

· will work within defined parameters to make decisions,
· apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity,
· resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.


Responsibility:



· Coordinate and execute scheduling activities using SAP
· Ensure that the shop has the necessary materials to meet required manufacturing / production levels
· Coordinate input on material shortages and delivery of materials
· Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements
· Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, and status to schedules
· Monitor supply and demand misalignment with manufacturing sources to implements corrective action plans
· Act as a focal point and monitor assigned areas to endure delivery dates meet production needs
· Coordinate the efforts of cross functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and shop capacity
· Work with shop management to develop delivery commitments
· Interface with engineering, purchasing, program management, operations as required
· Analyze and measure the current production status and identify problem area that inhibit full schedule realization
· Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs


Desired Characteristics
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Materials, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management from an accredited university or college
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities
· Prior experience in production control or planning in a manufacturing environment
· Demonstrated knowledge of multi-level bills of material
· Ability to plan from raw material through finished product
· Proficiency with ERP / Materials Resource Planning (MRP) Systems
· Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
