Job description:
We are looking for an entry level Executive Assistant to support our Asia VP and our visiting US colleagues. The role will involve the following:
? Provide secretarial support and logistic support to the Asia VP and team
? Assist to schedule meetings and manage the Asia VP calendar
? Book flights, hotels and restaurants and arrange transportation for the Asia VP and team
? Prepare documents for meetings
? Arrange Visa documentation for visitors
? Scanning and recording documents
? Organize team events
? Other administrative responsibilities
Requirements:
Although full training will be provided to candidates with the following qualities will be preferred:
? Good English, confident to communicate with foreigners and willing to improve and learn
? Ability to use Microsoft Office software, most importantly Word, Excel and Outlook
? Good communication, liaison and time management skills
? High personally integrity and strong sense of professionalism; Team player, reliable and detail-oriented
? Self-driven and passionate about task at hand
