工作职责：

1、协助为前端提供售卖支持，例如目标高校建议、数据分析等；

2、制作项目整体计划，独立完成校园招聘项目的统筹实施（如宣讲会、笔试面试等）；

3、根据客户需求，协调内部团队完成项目任务，解决项目执行过程中的突发事件；

4、项目过程中控制项目进度与成本；

5、项目结束后完成对项目的复盘与总结；

 

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、有活动统筹、会展执行、AE相关经验者优先；

3、优秀的项目管理、时间管理能力；

4、良好的书面和口头表达能力；

5、优秀的沟通能力，强烈的团队意识和协作精神，主动性和执行力强。
