Job description
This position is associated with the IBM Retail Store Solutions business, which is being divested to Toshiba TEC and will operate as a new company under Toshiba TEC called Global Commerce Solutions. Successful internal candidates will initially transfer to the position within the IBM Retail Store Solutions business, and then receive an employment offer from Toshiba TEC for a position within Global Commerce Solutions, in accordance with the processes and practices applicable to other transferring IBM employees. Successful external candidates will receive an employment offer directly from Toshiba TEC or Global Commerce Solutions, and will not be employed by IBM.

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is a new company that is a result of the IBM Retail Store Solutions business being carved out of IBM and set up as a subsidiary under Toshiba TEC. This role will have responsibilities in AP region supply chain management, business control and logistic support.


Job Responsibility:
· Interlock with Brand team and Sales Operation, to support RSS GMU revenue objectives and customer requirements.
· Analyze unsatisfied orders for improvements.
· Interact with GMU/GMT platform and fulfillment teams to prioritize transactions.
· Interact with GMU/GMT platform to drive a better loading quality.
· Work with internal & external teams to achieve inventory targets and cost objectives.
· Collaborate with sales team and WW demand /planning team to drive more liable and flexible planning.
· Coordinate extended teams efforts to achieve seamless execution end to end.
· Drive to achieve common global processes for consistency and efficiency.
· Support Logistic related ,such as commodity HTS classification, Import & export compliance, AP logistic execution related etc

Skills required
· Bachelor or above.
· 2 years experience in any area of manufacturing, customer fulfillment, business control and/or global logistic/ import & export is preferred.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Excellent command in English.
· Strong leadership.
· Flexible, persistent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
