To cope with our vigorous growth, we are looking for a committed and approachable Senior Manager to head up the Management Accounting function.

Senior Manager - Management Accounting, China (Based in Guangzhou)

Your role:
1.Reporting to the COO, you will lead a professional team of accountants with members located in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
2.Responsible for various management accounting duties including management reporting and presentations to senior management on a monthly basis.
3.Coordinate the preparation of yearly budgets and their monthly revisions.
4.Provide analysis on trends, business performance and variances based on periodic trading data.
5.Provide financial input including review and suggestions to different functions of the company such as buying, retail operations, new store opening and other supporting departments.
6.Participate as a key member in the company wide IT automation project.
7.Establishment and alignment of management accounting policies, procedures and guidelines.

Your profile:
1.University degree in a relevant business discipline.
2.5+ years of post accounting qualification experience preferably gained from retail or fashion industries.
3.Able to work under a wide spectrum of responsibilities from hands-on work to participation in strategy development and management presentations.
4.First class communication and presentation skills
5.Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must as well as general proficiency in spoken Cantonese
