一、工作描述：
（一）全面负责公司的培训工作
1.对培训需求分析、培训计划和培训大纲的制定与实施、培训的组织与培训结果回馈有实际工作经验。能根据公司的业务需求独立开展并主讲培训课程。
2.编制、修订、完善员工培训手册，建立岗位职业发展方向，完善培训体系；拓展培训管道和培训资源，积累培训经验和资料，并指导在各部门的落实；
3.为内部培训师提供谘询和指导，提高培训品质及效果；按照ISO品质管制体系的要求，做好培训记录、培训考核的管理工作；
（二）全面负责公司的招聘工作
1.建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；能根据公司的业务合理的审批各部门的人员需求和计画，并根据招聘计画进行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、推荐安置工作；
2.利用各种招聘管道发布招聘广告，寻求招聘机构；.充分利用各种招聘管道满足公司的人才需求；并建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
（三）主导公司的7S，客户验厂工作；
（四）协助处理部门其它工作；

二、任职资格：
1. 全日制大专以上，人力资源管理或中文相关管理专业；
2. 全面主导过公司的培训和招聘工作，并对培训和招聘有独到的见解；熟悉深圳的招聘市场。
3. 接受过ISO相关体系培训，有宝洁、伊莱克斯、沃尔玛等欧美客户验厂经验及SA8000 验厂全制程的操作。
4. 熟悉劳动法律法规，有集团或1500人以上工厂培训主管或人力资源主管工作经验三年以上。
5. 英语四级或人力资源管理师二级优先。
