1、 负责语音识别技术算法研究与语音识别产品开发；

2、语音识别中声学模型相关算法的设计和实现，声学模型的训练和优化；

3、为语音识别相关模块提供机器学习算法和工具的支持； 任职资格1、统招硕士及以上学历、信号处理、计算机、电子信息等相关专业；

4、3年以上语音识别相关算法研究（包括硕士博士期间的研究工作）；

5、熟悉开源工具（如Kaldi，CMUSphinx），有大规模语音系统训练经验；

6、有算法研究背景经验，对语音识别有较深入理解, 熟悉相关算法（如DNN，GMM）；

7、在信号处理、声学建模、语言建模、深度学习等领域有较深入研究；

8、较强的责任心、执行力，有团队协作精神，良好的沟通能力，自学能力，愿意加入创业公司一起努力奋斗，具体薪资可面议。
