职位描述

Position: 采购订单管理业务员实习生 Merchandiser / PO Intern

工作职责:

  • 协调QC计划和流程, 供应商谈判确认验货日期, 并与其他运营团队合作解决问题
  • 安排QC的验货行程
  • 跟进 QA 审核计划,通知工厂和QC在验货时抽样寄测试
  • 跟进验货项目
  • 与供应商就交货和质量相关问题进行谈判,必要时通知并与其他团队合作
  • 协调验货相关资料(采购订单, 批准样品, 核对清单等)提供给QC
  • 整理验货结论(在必要时, 在 PD、采购和 QCM 的支持下)并且与相关的部门(采购、销售等)沟通结果
  • 确保所有 QC 检验报告/记录文件的有效性
  • ·维护/更新 GIP QC数据库
  • 管理备货日期
  • 负责订单异常报告的跟踪和管理, 与供应商联系以确定、协商和确保***交期
  • 协调供应商索赔

要求:
  • 大学本科以上学历,有1年贸易公司工作经验
  • 流利的英语口语和写作能力
  • 擅长Excel
  • 独立工作以及团队合作的能力
  • 一周至少提供三天以上的工作日

Responsibility:

Coordinate QC scheduling and process, negotiate with vendors in case of exceptions and collaborate with other Operations teams to solve the issues.

  • Arrange QC daily inspection schedule
  • Follow up from QA audit plan to arrange QC Inspectors to pick up compliance test auditing samples
  • Follow up skip inspection program
  • Negotiate with vendors on delivery and quality related issues. Inform and co-work with other GBS teams when necessary
  • Coordinate availability of inspection references (PO, Approved samples, checklists, etc.) for QC inspectors’ use during inspection
  • Summarize inspection results and communicate with concerned groups (Purchasing, Sales, etc.), to make the final conclusion of an Inspection result (with support from PD, Sourcing and QCM when necessary)
  • Organize and ensure availability of files on all QC inspection reports / records
  • Maintain/update GIP QC Database
  • Manage Goods Ready Date
  • Lead PO Exception report follow up and management, In case of exceptions, contact vendor to identify, negotiate and ensure best EFD
  • Manage vendor claims

Requirements:
  • University graduated or above/Experience in working for a trading company environment
  • English fluent both oral & writing
  • Good at Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a Team/ self-starter

Take the most common working hours of employees for example. Most companies now work “9:00am to 5:00pm”. However,the "one-fits-all" working hours are not suitable for all employees. In February 2019, PricewaterhouseCoopers announced the launch of "WeFlex" (flexible work) in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China, allowing employees greater flexibility in working hours.
