Job Description
1. Be responsible for recruitment include, but not limited to collect the staff requisition from the dept., post the job ad., scan the CV, conduct interview, propose the candidate, arrange for the further interview, finalize the offer;
2. Manage & maintain the attendance & leave system, provide the monthly attendance & leave application report
3. Update & maintain the o-chart, staff data base & manage the staff p-files;
4. Take charge of the staff on boarding/departure process;
5. Assist salary payroll & benefit job include, but not limited to collect payroll info., handle for social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance, IIT & etc.
6. Assist for performance management include, but not limited to probation review, contract review, annual appraisal;
7. Assist for training arrangement;
8. Be responsible for Expatriates managements, e.g. working permits, visa application, invitation & dispatch letter, etc.
9. Assist manager to implement related HR projects and give advice and support when needed;
10. Assist the customization and implementation of HR policies and programs
11. Implement and support initiatives that will enhance motivation, team-building and general welfare across employees.
12. Assist with internal and external survey / audit as and when required;
13. Communicate the office’s administration regulations.
14. Take charge of office planning, decoration, maintenance & management office.
15. Secure company safety and maintain office environment.
16. Arrange fire-fighting facilities and regular check fire-fighting equipment.
17. Handle sample problems and clean up stocking shelves.
18. Manage ayi and delivery team, ensure office operating orderly in a safe & tidy environment.
19. Make plan for kick off meeting、fire drill、sample sales etc. Arrange payment requests for rents、office purchase and maintenance costs.
20. Arrange payment requests for international express including the relevant taxes and fees of the application and payment.
21. Make Canton fair schedule coordination & management. Arrange air tickets booking、hotel guarantee with HK office & arrangement for purchase certificates.
22. Arrange customs clearance of imported and exported products and submit relevant materials to customs.
23. Make monthly admin expenses analysis reports, such as cleaning、property maintenance、water fee、domestic/international express、plants etc.
24. Keep and update foreign staffs residential Lease agreement.
25. Keep and update hotel contracts and third party contracts.
26. Arrange purchase of stationeries and daily necessities.
27. Make department classify of express bill for the offices in mainland.
28. Make CEO's expense reimbursement on business trip.
29. Responsible for issuing invitation letter for foreign vistor.
30. Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
- University graduated or above
- At least 2 years’experience in similar capacity
- English fluent both oral & writing
- Self-confident to speak in front of a large audience
- Good at PPT/ Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as in a Team/ self starter
