NATIONAL SALES MANAGER, Golf &Specialty, China
(based in Hong Kong, significant travel)

Witgang Far East Ltd. is an American-run trading company that sells advanced and slow-release fertilizers, water-management and specialty chemicals, pesticides, live turfgrass, and related high-end products. Our primary customers are golf courses, and we are starting to work with professional nurseries (ornamental plants, trees, flowers etc.).
We are China’s only full-service distributorship in the golf industry, working closely with our customers to help them achieve superior results with the industry’s most advanced technology. We represent the world’s best manufacturers, primarily from the United States and Europe, as well as selling China-made products. Founded in Hong Kong in 1989, Witgang now has offices in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming, Guangzhou, Yantai, Hanoi (Vietnam) and Atlanta (USA) in addition to our Hong Kong headquarters.
We are growing and see great prospects as our customers continue to expand, which is why we are now looking for a dedicated, experienced Sales Manager to lead our team.

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER, Golf & Specialty

Responsibilities:
? Leadership and day-to-day management of a dynamic team that sells directly to large customers all across China, and serves smaller and more distant customers with in-house phone sales
? Cultivating direct customer relationships to expand sales
? Supervising back-end support operations to ensure sales are fulfilled completely and on time
? Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies and systems to expand sales of each of our product lines
? Monitoring and analyzing market trends to ensure our product mix continues to meet the requirements of our customers, as well as identifying potential new markets, products, and additional opportunities where the company may be able to grow; and
? Regular reporting to the International Sales Director and Managing Director;
Qualifications: We are looking with someone with experience, enthusiasm, and smarts. Our team works directly with customers on a wide range of product and technical issues, so the successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, an outgoing personality, a creative and flexible mind and a positive, supportive attitude. The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team, involved in strategy and the development of the company and its products, people, and relationships. Ideally he or she will have:
? At least eight years’ experience in technical sales, including at least two years managing a sales team in China. Chemical, agricultural, or similar sales background is a definite plus;
? Good communication skills, in both English and Chinese;
? Reasonable computer proficiency (e-mail, MS Word, MS Excel) and experience with CRM/ERP systems;
? Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (chemistry, biology etc.). Masters Degree would be a plus;
? Experience with working and travelling in China, and an understanding of basics such as varying climate and geology;
? Knowledge of the golf industry is certainly an advantage.
This position requires significant travel, so will be ideal for someone who wants to see more of China. Some international travel will also be required.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, but will certainly consider good candidates who can only start after Chinese New Year.

此工作将直接参与公司高层决策。

工作职责:
? 领导和管理销售团队的日常事务,为中国各大客户提供直接销售,另以电话形式服务规模较小及较偏远的客户
? 跟客户直接培养良好的销售关系,扩大业务
? 监督后勤支持的操作,确保准时送货并完成销售
? 制定和执行销售及市场推广策略和系统,以扩大产品线的销售
? 监控和分析市场趋势,确保我们的产品组合能满足客户的要求,并识别潜在的新市场,产品,和发展公司的机会
? 定期向国际销售总监及行政董事汇报工作进度

任职资格:
我们正寻找一位经验丰富、充满热情并精明睿智的销售主管。我们的团队需直接面对客户,为其解决各种农艺问题,新同事入职后将成为领导团队中的一份子,将参与公司、产品、人员及相关事宜的发展策划工作。所以需要应聘者有极高的职业道德、开朗外向的个性、富创造力和灵活性,以及积极向上的生活态度。

应聘者须具备:
? 至少8年技术销售经验,当中包括至少两年在中国管理销售团队。具化工、农业,或类似的销售背景者更为理想
? 良好的中英文沟通技巧
? 熟练使用电脑常用软件(收发电子邮件、MS Word及MS Excel等)及有CRM / ERP系统的经验
? 最少具备学士学位,最好是在技术范畴(化学,生物等)毕业。硕士学位者优先
? 有在中国工作和公干的经验,了解中国气候及土壤类型
? 有高尔夫相关知识者优先考虑
