岗位描述 job description

    

1.接听电话及问询邮件，处理客户咨询，报价，制作销售订单

    

Handle telephone and e-mail inquiry, make quotation and sales order.

    

2.处理采购合同，下单给总部，并跟进采购订单。

    

Contact foreign headquarters for order confirmation and follow up

    

3.协助进口报清关。

    

Assist custom clearance

    

4.安排样品、货品发送并及时登记跟进

    

Arrange shipments，register and follow up

    

5. 销售记录及相关文档归类整理

    

Manage and order the sales records and other related files

    

6.协助领导完成安排的其他任务

    

Assist leadership in other tasks assigned

    

    

任职条件 Requirements:
1.能进行英语的邮件来往 good written English skills

    

2.能熟练使用办公软件 Skill in office software

    

3.工作认真，细心，有责任心 Work hard，carefully and have a sense of responsibility

    

工作时间：2-4天/周（可以按小时计）
