Reporting directly to the NPD supervisor the successful candidate will possess the following criteria:
Minimum 5/10 years' experience in the wooden furniture industry directly related to the position offered.
Fluent in written and oral English.
Specialist in wooden/veneer materials.
Understanding of European regulations and test standards.
Available for regular travel to Asian countries.
Full passport.

Duties will include the following:
Comprehensive development/compilation/approval of all relevant technical specifications.
Ensure all procedures/systems are implemented according company requirements.
Ability to work as part of a team structure or independently as required.
Focused on "Attention to detail".
Ability to work to determined deadlines.
Ability to converse directly with all levels of management.
Availability for long term projects in various Asian countries.
