Product quality assurance on instruction from purchasing assistant/buyer

Quality control at the suppliers (goal is 100% verification) and deliver quality verification report on the following issues:
Overall product quality
Certainty of the delivery/shipment
Quality of the packing and loading
This information needs to be passed onto the purchasing assistant and the goods receiving department.
-Ensure the agreed to do lists documented in the minutes are implemented and followed up.
-Ensure the production material flow
-Timeously delivered/flow into the production processes/lines
-Replacement parts ordered by the purchasing assistant /merchandiser is delivered
-Verification of first product shipment at the factory with the purchaser.
-Communicate the claim quote and problem to the factory
-Constant communication with the purchasing assistant regarding delivery situation and problems.
-Require doing large amount of travelling and staying at the factories.
-Theoretical understandings of metal and glass or wood
-Technical understanding of industry machinery
-Minimum 2 or 3 years in the furniture industry (preferably in metal and glass).
-Can read English.
-Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
-Stationed in the suppliers factory is a must
