Responsibilities:
1.To closely work with HR & Admin. Manager to provide prefect Admin services;
2.To provide decent reception services for all over the external facion;
3.To ensuring handling all income phones call Photocopying and binding services are roof;
4.To oversee the hotel booking and transportation arrangement services are all over timely and satisfied.

Requirements:

1.College or Bachelor degree or above is favorite.
2.At lease 2 years working experience in administration field or equivalent
3.Proficient English (listening, writing and speaking); good interpersonal skills
4.Ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively in response to requests made at short notice
5.Advanced user of Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
