Responsibilities:

1.Responsible & oversee the new office set up projects;

2.Responsible for sourcing for new premises, rent comparison, contract preparation and follow up;

3.Coordinate and follow up with the contractor for the new office renovation;

4.New office facility and furniture purchasing and management;

5.Assist in all license applications and bank account set up;

6.Manage all-round of administration functions e.g Reception, Office procurement and supplies, office equipment maintenance and repair;

7.Staff's accommodation arrangement;

8.Co-ordinate with property management office in contract renewal negotiation for more competitive pricing & terms;


Requirements:

1.Degree holder

2.At least 5 years' working experiences in administration management;

3.Experience with new office set up and renovation; can adapt to occasional travel

4.Committed, proactive and detail-minded

5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and writing skills,

6.Excellent command of spoken and written English, With a pass in CET-6 preferred

(Occasional Travel will be expected)
