工作职责:

1）Design to Cost, involve R&D and supplier in early stage to define better cost solution, co-own the cost material of target with New Supplier Development Group;

2）Accordingly to projects schedule, manage sourcing team to ensure material availability to support builds/ramp up/ECO, including proceed LA;

3）Follow ‘supplier selection process to build cost competitive COM and leave the good potential for future cost down and capacity incremental;

4）Coordinate alternate source (2nd sourcing) to support supply chain and cost reduction efforts;

5）Cost analysis and hold cost review meeting with sourcing/RD/customer to meet project target;

6）Present to project team for any material risk and give "alert" to sourcing team for project feedback linking to sourcing activities;

7）Acting as contact window with customer for material related issue.

任职资格:

1）Bachelor or above, 3~5 years equivalent experience in PM/ MPM or purchasing experience;

2）Strong interpersonal skills and a good written & verbal command of English;

3）Strong knowledge and experience on the Microsoft applications such as Excel, Work, and PowerPoint are necessary. Good Knowledge of Agile, SAP will be helpful;

4）Must have very strong organizational and problem solving skills, Self-motivated, action to meet project target and schedule;

5）Strong ability to work under pressure;

6）ODM factory working background is preferred.
