Major Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in global NPD (New Product Development) team and conduct product design and process design
- Responsible for prototype building, fellow up whole process of prototyping and conduct failure analysis to address root cause to each failure modes
- Responsible for new product quality control, conduct the capability study to instruments and also GR&R study to measuring system
- Responsible for proceeding on 4P process (procedure of transferring new product from Engineering to Production Line)
- Work with Purchasing to evaluate the quality of new materials and components and drive continues improvement to supplier's quality
- Work with Manufacturing to solve technology problem from process



Qualification/Requirements:
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering, knowledge of Glass-to-Metal hermetical Sealing technology is preferred
- 3+ years of engineering/design experience in Electric/Electronic Industry (working experience in MNC is an advantage)
- Familiar with engineering drawing and manufacturing process, good understanding to NPD (New Product Development) procedure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with knowledge of 6 Sigma tools and methodology. Have hand-on experience with 6 Sigma in working environment
- Strong coordination and communication skills while working in cross-functional, global team environment
- Good command of English, CET6 is preferred
