岗位职责：
1、确定过程中的质量检查操作规范，确定产品规格，检查方法和抽样规格。
2、执行过程中项目的质量改进及废料减少。在工作需要的情况对生产产量的提升给予支持。
3、在开发产品的过程中大力推进质量改进系统。
4、新产品/过程转移到批量生产的质量和规格执行和资格。
5、提交统计分析质量的改善方案并以落实。
6、负责进行质量工具和方法的内部培训。
7、与客户沟通制程问题和进行异常汇报和分析。

任职要求：
1、具备品质管理知识和经验
2、熟悉6-sigma及IE相关知识
3、熟悉质量管理体系（ISO9000、ISO14000、TS16949）
4、良好的数据分析能力和表达能力
5、熟悉焊接、电镀或烧结等生产工艺甚佳

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the manufacturing process through analysis of raw materials, manufacturing processes and finished products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Evaluates customer issues and provide technical support to all departments.

2. Develops and Implements manufacturing process revisions and improvements for FEP and terminal production.

3. Coordinates quality of testing and formulate/implements quality systems on new products.

4. Supervises Quality Inspectors and Auditors,specifically including Receiving Inspection, In Process auditors and Calibration Inspection.

5. Coordinates Supplier Development and Supplier Qualifications regarding quality specifications.

6. Develop and implement cost saving measures.

7. Performs quality experiments optimizing and improving existing processes.

8. Improves product quality through employee education, training and process improvement.

9. Expands and improves our technology bases.

10. Maintains state-of-the-art technology by participating in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new developments in field.

11. Participates actively in the Quality and Safety processes including project team involvement, problem solving, and recommending solutions to enhance and improve the quality of departmental and/or company-wide business activities.

12. Any special project or assignment related to customer or internal process as directed by the Quality Manager.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.

Minimum of three years relevant manufacturing experience.

Good Command of English.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to negotiate manufacturing floor and travel as needed.

</STRONG>- In charge of market and sales revenue development of industrial OEM/ Project business in local regions including implementing marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales target, increase market share.

- To identify and develop new business opportunities

- To collect market intelligence and conduct market surveys

- To provide technical support to customers

- To establish and maintain good relations with key design institutes and accounts

<STRONG>Requirements:

</STRONG>- Bachelor Degree in Science

- 2 years industry products sales experience, including OEM sales and Project sales

- Strong sense of market development

- Good interpersonal skill, self motivated

- English knowledge of reading and writing

- Basic computer knowledge is a must
