职位描述
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
? To cover a pre-determined list of outlets with the objectives of listing the Company's product range, maintaining stock levels at the required level and achievement of depletion, pricing, promotional and merchandising objectives
? To identify key outlets and new outlets for development to achieve the listing, pricing, displaying, depletion and promotion objectives in major cities
? To plan and implement promotions for identified outlets
? To place POSM in outlets
? To ensure that effective promotional activities are conducted based on company guidelines and with the objectives to gain market share and build brand awareness
? To measure and monitor the depletion performance
? To ensure accurate market information is collected and communicated efficiently
? To develop and build strong business relationship with all key personnel in the outlets
? To maintain up-to-date and accurate records of outlets' business
? To evaluate financial status of each customers
? To ensure collections within due date
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education: Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
Languages: Excellent Chinese & English communication skills
Professional experience & know how: Good understanding of marketing and finance
? Knowledge of imported spirits
Technical & management skills:
? Good negotiation skills
? High level of personal selling skill
? Good planning skill
? Good presentation skill
? Well organized with good analytical skills
Personal & interpersonal skills: Good interpersonal skill
