  Work with each region team and GCC (Global Commodity Council) team in global base to collect and analyze commodity, and recommend commodity/items to be sourced and/or outsourced in Asia Pacific or other best cost country
？ Assist Sourcing Director in formation of Commodity/Supplier specific strategies that fit the overall LWT’s global sourcing/outsourcing strategies
？ Provide second to none focus to Cost, Quality and Service in all sourcing activities, by identify potential suppliers, conducting full audit and evaluation, with key measurements: QDCS aspects
？ Conduct of market analysis and continuously scouts for new technology in the field to align with company product development roadmap and ensure the right supplier base are ready to meet company business goal
？ Drive year on year supplier productivity as per assigned commodity base through benchmarking resourcing, annual negotiation, should cost model, VAVE (Value Analysis Value Engineering)program
？ Lead negotiation with supplier for supply agreement, bonus agreement, QAA (Quality Assurance Agreement)agreement, frame contract, price adjustment mechanism
？ Conduct regular benchmarking RFQ activities to drive for the optimal cost competitiveness within category spend
？ Follow up company’s compliance system to develop new supplier with cross function team and manage suppliers, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
？ Co-operate with SCM(supplier chain management), Quality function team for trouble shooting and escalation point for all the in charge category suppliers’ supply, quality, delivery, capacity issue
？ Initiative the price negotiation and contract generation

？ Good communication and negotiation skill are required
？ Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work with all levels of parties from internal and external
？ Shower Toilet knowledge is a plus
？ SAP knowledge is a plus.
？ Experience in VAVE is preferable
？ Fluent in both oral and written English, good PC skills, e.g. Excel, Outlook, PPT.
？ A minimum four year BS degree required in Business or engineering or related technology or sciences. MBA preferred
？ A minimum of five years’ experience in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement Project Management
